Privacy Policy

Cyber Job Hunter is a private personal-use tool operated by Mikolaj Zaradzki. Contact: Harvardy@protonmail.com.

The application uses read-only Gmail access with the scope gmail.readonly (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly). It does not send, modify or delete email. This scope technically permits access to the mailbox; it is not restricted by Google to a particular label.

The application reads the label list and processes only messages selected by its configured job-alert label, currently JobHunter/LinkedIn. Email data is used only to extract and process job alerts for operation of the private Cyber Job Hunter tool.

Extracted job information and processing records, including message identifiers and dates, are stored in the application's private database. Full email messages are processed in memory rather than stored as an email archive. OAuth tokens and credentials are stored privately by the application owner, outside this public website.

Email data is not sold, used for advertising or shared with advertisers. Third-party processing is limited to hosting the private application and delivering selected job details, links and scores through Discord to the owner's configured channel. Full emails and Google tokens are not sent to Discord. The application does not otherwise share email data with third parties.

Stored records remain until manually deleted by the owner. Gmail access can be revoked through Google Account connections. Revoking access does not delete existing records or Discord notifications; contact the owner to request their deletion.

Data received from Google APIs is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

This website has no analytics, cookies, trackers or forms. The hosting provider may keep standard server access logs.
